Commercial Savings Bank is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Personal Banker to join our growing team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing exceptional customer service, and being part of a locally owned community bank that values relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, welcoming manner
- Open and service new personal and business accounts
- Provide day-to-day customer support and resolve account-related questions
- Accurately process banking transactions with strong attention to detail
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
- Maintain compliance with bank policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Previous banking or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Bilingual skills are a plus
