COVID-19 UPDATE

Thank you for trusting us with your financial services. It’s a responsibility we take seriously.  Commercial Savings Bank holds the health and safety of our staff and customers as our top priority.  Due to the increased precautions and closures established statewide and the recommendations from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), access to our lobbies will be limited to appointment only beginning Thursday, March 19th.  The drive-thru and phone service will be open normal hours.  We look forward to reopening when conditions improve.

Business Resources

Please be assured we can still provide our full range of services:

All transactions will be processed and posted as normal.

Staff will be on hand to answer phones and answer your questions and requests for other services.

Night deposit drop boxes are located in Carroll and Dedham for payments and deposits.

ATMs for cash disbursement, deposits and transfers 24/7 are located at the main bank vestibule and drive-thru.  ATMs for just cash and transfers are available at Reilings 71 gas station and Walgreens in Carroll.

Services will be available with normal business hours at the drive-thru at the Carroll location.

Loan services will be provided through phone calls, DocuSign, e-mail, by appointment and online. Online Loan App

Commercial Savings Bank has a formal Pandemic Plan in place to handle situations like the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19). We have reviewed and updated our policy for the current situation that our area is dealing with. We are prepared to continue to offer critical financial services to our customers during this event.

We have instituted more rigorous cleaning procedures, encourage staff to stay home if they have any symptoms of COVID-19 or any other infectious diseases, and are preparing to continue to offer services to our customers with a smaller staff.

To help limit exposure we encourage customers to use:

• Internet Banking (with online Bill Pay)

• Night deposit drop boxes in Carroll and Dedham

• Mobile Banking (with remote check deposit)
